Excellent and professional staff who will make you feel comfortable.
Had a very poor experience during my pre‑employment medical. The doctor didn’t introduce herself, offered no greeting, and spoke in a cold, abrupt manner the entire time — not a single “please” or any basic courtesy. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only positive was the nurse who did the breathing test — she was polite and professional. Unfortunately, her approach only highlighted how unacceptable the doctor’s behaviour was.
I had a really pleasant experience during my pre-employment medical check at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional. The nurse was incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring.
