Had a very poor experience during my pre‑employment medical. The doctor didn’t introduce herself, offered no greeting, and spoke in a cold, abrupt manner the entire time — not a single “please” or any basic courtesy. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only positive was the nurse who did the breathing test — she was polite and professional. Unfortunately, her approach only highlighted how unacceptable the doctor’s behaviour was.

I had a really pleasant experience during my pre-employment medical check at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional. The nurse was incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring. I had a fantastic experience at Jobfit during my medical assessment today. I arrived 30 minutes early and the team kindly pushed me through without any issues. The nurses were absolutely lovely, and Dr. Grace was so warm and professional. Since the job I applied for didn’t require a physical function assessment, the whole process was incredibly efficient — I was in and out within 30 minutes!
