The nurse was rude, difficult in understanding her instructions, rushing the assessment, wouldn't listen to my concerns, the report was inaccurate and cost me my job, this is the 2nd bad experience that I have had with that company at that facility. If you get a choice go elsewhere.
Done my work medical here,appointment was right on time, receptionists and nurse were great! Very nice and welcoming. My medical and physical was over a hour, very happy. Well recommend.
Terrible experience all round - wish I found these reviews earlier - booked and paid for medicals only to get to the day and advised they dont have the specialised doctor to complete the drop down box standard medical request. - I have had to ring up a few times minimum 40 minutes on hold - thought it would be easier to go see them in person only to find the staff are just as rude in person wouldn't hear me out just kept cutting me off and directing me to phone services - tried to charge me twice in had to bring it up to the... read more
Can someone tell me why no-one answers the phones??? Hours on hold and still no answer for weeks now worst customer service.
Was put on hold for 3hrs today for someone to pick up and say "just wait a sec". 40 minutes later still on hold. As a customer who is paying 100s of dollars I expect better.....avoid at all costs
