Doctor took 12 days to reply back to my medical report Had bad experience
This place is a joke !!! 1star is being generous Have to pay first and wait for an appointment! Ring to find out where my appointment is on hold for hours ….. finally get through ‘oh I’m not sure I live in another state’ …….. ‘I’ll sort it out and get back to you ‘ …… it’s now a week and they still have my $800 plus dollars and no appointment Don’t bother with this organisation!
Hundreds of dollars and kept waiting.. this place is literally a joke..
This company is nothing but bullies, they make you do strength and flexibility tests and then force you into a cardio test with out a break to even let your heart rate return to normal. Guidelines for cardio test states allowed a rest but was told I would be marked down as fatigued and tired from previous test. No how about you do it properly and allow a person heart rate to return to a reasonable level before making me maintain a heart rate under a certain threshold. Awful experience. Took 6+ months to reply to emails. And if you wake up with covid, save yourself an additional $500, and just complete your booking.
