Very well run. Easy to deal with , no complications.
Incredibly rude staff... lady said I couldn't complete a hearing test until I cleaned my ears!! (They were working completely fine) so I clean them, book another appointment at another clinic, only to be told I'd have to wait 24 hrs after flushing before I can do the test!! (Oh and that there was no actual need to get them cleaned anyway) Are they all just stupid? Or hate their job so much they love stuffing ppl around Avoid this company like the plague
This place needs someone who actually knows how to provide customer service. Hope they fix it soon
You can even get through to reschedule a medical which I missed due to family reasons
Jobfit medical, needs to have doctors within the practice instead of sending the report to doctors in South Australia to review. System is so wrong. Highly do not recommend!
