Absolutely pathetic. How many times do these guys get to stuff up and fail? How many people are they delaying getting they're jobs because of the "Job Fit " way of doing things? Didn't do hearing test properly, forgot the blood tests, told us we were late when our emails stated otherwise, rude and hard to understand. Get out of Kalgoorlie.
This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I arrived 10 minutes early as advised, only to be handed multiple papers and told to sit outside on the staircase—in 40-degree heat. After waiting for 30 minutes, the door finally opened, and to my surprise, there was no one else inside with the nurse. The nurse was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Abrupt and disrespectful. Appointment was made by Jobfit for a time that they’re not even open (8:30) Was growled at for attending early, so waited in car until “opening time” (8:45) had begun. Growled at for not waiting inside! Demeaning towards me and I had to instruct her to just do what she had to do so I could leave. Unbelievable.
