Absolutely deserves 5 stars. My appointment started right on time, and every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and motivated. Highly recommended for pre-employment medical checks.
Hopelessly disorganised!
I've done multiple medicals over the years, by far this company is the most disappointing. The staff are friendly enough, but as a group completely embarrassing; the communication by far worst I've experienced. Multiple emails with only one reply, which was clearly generated by auto reply. I requested results for a medical and I haven't heard back from them in over two months. Wouldn't recommend using this company.
