Hopelessly disorganised!
I've done multiple medicals over the years, by far this company is the most disappointing. The staff are friendly enough, but as a group completely embarrassing; the communication by far worst I've experienced. Multiple emails with only one reply, which was clearly generated by auto reply. I requested results for a medical and I haven't heard back from them in over two months. Wouldn't recommend using this company.

The team were amazing they really helped me with my physical today for a new job I thought they were so kind and helpful and really allowed me to go at my own pace always asking if I was okay, friendly staff friendly team couldn't ask for nicer
