Cancelled my appointment at 8pm the day before I supposed to have it. Bad communication, no reasonable replacement date. My coworker has similar experience, not reliable, there's other companies doing better job.
this place is beyond a joke clearly understaffed hold times well over half an hour and they didn't even sign my medical after paying $180 i now have to spend hours chasing a solution honestly pathetic
The lady who assisted me was very kind and explained everything clearly. Thank you. Since parking wasn’t available, I parked at Australia Fair Mall, which offers three hours of free parking.

I am Fikret and I was living in Melbourne and I made an appointment with them. I came by plane and my appointment time came and I went and the appointment they told me was cancelled. They did not send me an email and did not answer the phone. The employee there said go or I will call the police. I was disgraced for two days. I returned to Melbourne without being able to do my transactions and they still did not deposit the money I deposited into my account. I have never seen such disgrace.
