Absolutely useless, never return calls, 5 day turn around to book me in for a medical, show up for my medical and Jobfit never sent through my file. Held up my work contract for 2 weeks due to their untrained and unprofessional staff.
Excellent, professional service. I can highly recommend Jobfit, Gladstone.
The staff were amazing at Goondoon St. Unfortunately very disapointed with contacting them via website, no reply. Contacting the 1300 number four times requesting to talk to Gladstone Office, was transferred and rang out, no answer. Three times talking to 1300 number operator told me three different address 1 was Herbert Street, 2nd was Oaka Lane & 3rd was Off Lane, which all were incorrect.
Staff where incredibly helpful! They really went above and beyond to make sure all the paperwork was done on time so I could go ahead with my medical.
Terrible service and would not reccomend to anyone, tried to escalate several times to no avail still waiting on a medical signoff to transfer to new employer. Weeks of work lost for myself and small business owner.
