What an exceptionally professional team indeed. Every thing went exactly as per booking confirmation Trying to figure out how come few ppl had shared their bad experiences Just remember it’s a job medical and not a usual medical test at a GP and the team is really professional and very polite to deal with the customers. There were 4 ppl who attended the practice while I was there and I didn’t witness anything which was not right The only thing the visitors need to remember is to read instructions and follow the same. I was seen by a nurse named Gloria, who was unfortunately quite rude to me for no clear reason. During the blow test, she became irritated and kept saying I wasn’t following her instructions properly. When I asked if she was angry, she backed down and gave a half-apology, saying that if I didn’t do exactly what she asked, she would have to mark the test as failed. I told her to just do her job. The communication with this company is disappointing to the point of embarrassing. I'd tried multiple times to get results for a medical with no response from any emails or telephone calls, wouldn't recommend.
