I had a medical check appointment this morning, and I don't think I've ever received such excellent care. From the nurses to the doctor, the entire team was exceptionally kind. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion; I hope all my future medical appointments will be as exceptional as this morning's.
I had my pre-employment medical check at Jobfit today, and I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Debbie, she was absolutely amazing! Very slow to respond to employer requirements. We waiting 4 weeks from requesting a booking to the actual date of testing. They didnt bring the right equipment for the test, so that was delayed. Seem to be quite a disorganised company, which is a shame because these sorts of services are required. Perfect example: sent an email to close the account and get an automated response "Our standard response time is within 1–2 business days".
Staff are great. But apparently if you question their form or talk to the doctor about the form he get confused and say you have incoherent speech and site mental health reason. Which is non of their business FOR EXAMPLE: why does such form have option to say one or two drinks a week of alcohol. When you dont drink any alcohol
I was worried about the bad reviews but I had a good experience. Arrived at 7:15, filled my forms out and was seen within 10 minutes. The medical was pretty long but the nurse was very friendly and explained everything to me thoroughly. Nothing to complain about.
