incredibly disappointing and disgusting customer service from a woman named Nikita. had my appointment cancelled 5 minutes before it was meant to start, and when someone called me to cancel, she pretended she couldn't hear me so she could hang up midway through her pretending to book another appointment...

JobFit? More like JobQuit. Worst clinic experience since the invention of waiting rooms. Got my medical done, but apparently the report’s being hand-delivered by a glacier. Took them more than a month, tried calling, but their phones must be decorative. For employers: sending staff here is like mailing a resume to a black hole. If responsiveness were a vital sign, this place would be DOA. Avoid unless you enjoy existential dread and voicemail purgatory. Five stars for suspense, zero for service.

Natalie was very helpful, longest medical I've had but it was worth the drive. Felt sorry for her as I had gotten out of the at almost 5.30 and she had one more person to do a medical

Extremely slow and disorganized service – would not recommend. I attended this clinic for a pre-employment medical and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a medical service. The process took over four hours due to their painfully slow and inefficient workflow. Staff didn’t communicate what was going on, and we were left waiting between each nurse for extended periods with no explanation. It felt like no one cared about our time or experience. The worst clinic that I ve attended to get medicals done. Avoid at all costs and for employers, JobFit never answers the phone calls. I have been waiting for the medical report almost a month now, still didn’t get it.
