Purchased an item from Jamis Bikes online, paid hefty shipping+handling fee, item arrived in poor condition showing damage most likely caused prior to shipping. When emailed back people who were involved asking for help with this situation I got 0 emails in return. When continued to email every week, 3 weeks in a row, nobody responded which is now resulting in low google rating. I do not recommend doing business with this company due to highly unprofessional attitude towards the customers.
