Jo-Ann's location is perfect and felt very warm and inviting. Her pricing structure is appreciated. She is talented and intuitive and I will definitely be back.

Scheduled an 1 hour massage and arrived about 10 minutes early. Sign on the door stated to come on in and have a seat that she was currently with another client. After waiting 30 minutes past scheduled appointment I left. If wasting your time is enjoyable for you then this is the place to go.
She’s a terrible person, I am a senior citizen, she came to my home I asked her to help with 3 areas and she never touched those 3 areas. Was sickening!! Afterwards she said those 3 areas were the least of my troubles. I am taken her to court!
BEWARE!! SHADY BUSINESS!! Purchased a gift card for my elderly mother for Mother's Day and she has yet to be able to make an appointment. She was first given some different reasons/excuses for delays, then an attempt was made to pawn her off to a different massage therapist 5 months later. She requested a refund instead of having to wait and was denied the refund. She now hasn't been able to make contact again, the owner is refusing to reply.
