Fantastic! I went for a holistic massage with Joanna - for a neck pain due to bad posture traveling gigs and stress as a drummer and a yogi it her approach really resonated with me - she worked on specific pressure point around the neck face shoulders but also the rest of the body - very gentle appeasing atmosphere and focus on breathing - the pain is almost completely gone - thank you!

Thanks to Joanna for another wonderful, relaxing and uplifting Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. Everything was perfect, from the pressure of the massage to the temperature of the room and the soundtrack. Joanna paid particular attention to my quads which had become sore from running. She also advised me on stretching techniques to maintain muscle health. Overall, another fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
Joanna made me feel very welcome and safe upon entering. the studio had a really nice cozy vibe which was really nice to enter into after a cold autumn day.
