I’ve just completed my fifth class at the Laurel Street location. I’ve taken yoga and Pilates and all classes have been excellent. Some of the classes are in a warmed room and some are not. The environment is friendly and down to earth. Classes accommodate students of all levels. I live in the neighborhood and will keep going back. Thank you!
A wonderful little studio that really does things right. Their website and online portal are always up to date and very easy to use and navigate (they even post subs there). They have a good range of membership options including flexible ones like 10 class packs. The studio itself is lovely: well designed and clean, equipment is always available and well maintained, they have spray to clean your mat and lockers for any valuables. 10/10!! Finding the Laurel Studio of Left Coast Power Yoga has introduced a beautiful chapter in my life. The wonderful instructors and staff make exercise and wellness a great pleasure, the community is so lovely, the location can’t be beat, and the Left Coast app makes it a snap either to set a regular schedule or snag a last-minute class. I could not be happier. I invite all my friends!
I joined LCPY in January 2026, and have been having such a wonderfully positive experience! There is a wide variety of talented instructors who cover the gambit from deeply relaxing to dripping with sweat in the best ways possible. Always great tunes too! Due to a medical diagnosis (and thus being off of work) was able to return to regular practice. This is my favorite studio in Oakland. Bought the unlimited month of yoga which is such a great deal! Really enjoying Heather’s flow and restore class. Feels just right in my body at this time.
