The manager is on a power trip in a dying store. It’s a little pathetic
Obvious why Joanns is going closing staff is rude and lazy. They openly and loudly complained about customers and acted like the discounts were coming out of their paychecks. They doubled charged me for an item and threw a fit when I called them out on it.
Joann is going out of business and the sale is amazing.
EDIT: looks like all Joann’s were going through bankruptcy and are closing. Sad that we no longer have a place to buy fabric but it makes sense as to what was going on during my previous review. They never answer the phone. The store itself is a mess. It’s tough because they’re the only store that’s selling bolts of fabric so you have to deal with it. They’re insanely short staffed and some of the employees are nice but the last few times I was there they seemed to be more focused on complaining than helping patrons. They al... read more
We arrived there at 7:00 pm on the dot and online it said they close at 8:00 pm. Please update your hours online. We wasted our gas and our time.
