Management insults employees and that is retaliation to customer service. Just calling it like I see it! Nobody answering the phone because nobody cares to have a job. "Just here for the paycheck!"
The employees were incredibly helpful and so nice! They showed me the app and I got some awesome discounts because of it! Definitely going back any time I need more supplies! Edit: So sad to see them closing, had to go back for one more haul and even being so busy the employees were wonderful as always! Gonna miss this store!
Helpful staff, I came in at the end of day and was quickly directed to what I sought. There was a current sale on exactly what I needed as well.
If I could rate this store with a zero I would. I’ve lived all over the country. Joann Fabric is my happy place where I feel at home no matter what state I’m living in. The Lafayette Louisiana location is disgusting. It’s a complete mess..let alone the fabrics look as outdated and disheveled. I will not be returning. Management should be fired.
