RecommendedI am coming up on my one year anniversary of being hypnotized to stop smoking. October 9th 2019 will mark one year Free from that nasty habit. Joan is fantastic and really makes sure you are comfortable and talks with you very thoroughly. 18 years ago when my dad found out he was going to be a grandpa went and saw Joan and has been nicotine / cigarette free since.
She's a lifesaver! I'm reversing some health concerns that were brought on by a traumatic life event long ago and thought was permanent. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!

My experience with Joan was amazing. I was petrified of public speaking and wanted to throw up even thinking about it. After seeing Joan ONCE, that sickness and apprehension I felt disappeared. It's weird to try to describe, but I just left her office feeling smooth and calm. I put the hypnosis to the test two weeks ago by hosting a class (I taught), and actually had a fun time teaching it. Joan is the real deal and has a non-judgmental approach to helping us overcome our fears.
Joan is a very skilled Hypnotherapist. In addition to seeing her myself, I've sent many acupuncture clients---they've reported back very positive experiences. She's professional and effective.
