My daughter rent off- campus during her last year in college, unfortunately she encountered a landlord who illegally withheld her rental deposit, like many students renting off-campus, she was unfairly denied the return of her deposit at the end of her lease. Joan and her team were absolutely amazing! They helped me so much with the initial consultation and was at the ready once I signed the Attorney Client Agreement (Ultimately my landlord and I were able to come to agreement. But had we not, it was great knowing I had a top notch attorney who would help get everything I wanted with my lease termination). Her office was super communicative and she responded to my many emails timely (I sent her realtime updates of email communication from my landlord). Thanks again!
I would love to leave a 5-star rating for this attorney and her practice, however, no one has returned my two phone calls or the online form I completed concerning a consultation WEEKS ago. Hopefully their communication improves with any future clients.
I contacted them via their website. I explained what my issue was succinctly. I NEVER got a response from anyone. Extremely unprofessional. A one sentence response would have been appreciated.
