Amazing treatment So relaxing Will definitely book an hour next time
I had a sore shoulder. I couldn’t lift my right arm above my head. Was on strong medication for pain. 24 hours later my shoulder has full range of motion after a session with Jo. She also showed me some exercises to do to help with my shoulder which I am sure has helped also in such a short time. Highly recommended
Visited Jo for reflexology. She is very thorough and professional in her assessment. The treatment was superb, relaxing, and addressed some of my aches and pains.
I reached out to Jo after seeing her advertisement on a Facebook group and I'm so glad I did! I've had ongoing issues with my back and shoulders for years, and recently with my feet and legs aswell. Jo really took the time to go through things with me to get to the bottom of my problems and after just one treatment I am really feeling the benefits.
