Called and spoke to Michael to see what their hourly rate was just for a few hrs to help us load a storage shed into our truck. Although they were on the higher end, he was very honest about it and even though we didn't go with them, he sent me some numbers of other people in town that may be able to help. Outstanding customer service and I'm not even a customer so imagine if I was! Thanks so much!
I called around to several movers for a quote. When I spoke to Michael I got an estimate and told him I would let him know once I heard from others. I chose someone else and never called him back. Now he sends out his movers this morning without any preconfirmation. No prior phone calls, no contract, they just show up. WTH! Is this a scam?
