I’ve been having reflexology regularly with Jo for 3 months now and have found it very successful in helping to reduce my stress levels and help me relax. Jo is very friendly and welcoming and I find her very intuitive within her treatments and very knowledgeable also. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo to anyone seeking alternative treatments that can be used to treat a range of different issues. It’s amazing what can be achieved by working on the feet and it’s certainly the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever experienced

Love love love going to see Jo. If you’ve never had reflexology before, I find this the most relaxing treatment (ever) and it’s really great for helping with most troubles lol….. Jo has helped to improve my sleep, she’s helped with hot flushes and as I’ve also got colitis, her treatment eases my symptoms. She can tell if I’ve got issues anywhere in my body that I hadn’t necessarily noticed until she said. I now make this a regular part of my self-care regimen. Definitely book in…. You can thank me later!
