Jo has been so incredibly helpful with a few different injuries I have had, some of them for a very long time! I have been working with a physio for years but am so glad I decided to go see Jo for some further treatments. Her facilities is very welcoming and comforting and she takes a lot of time to make a treatment plan with you. Highly highly recommend
I’ve been to a lot of remedial massage therapists in the past and I’ve never found anyone as good as Jo. Jo is very intuitive during treatments and always manages to relieve tension where I didn’t even know I had any. Jo takes time to check in on overall wellbeing and areas to focus on in the body at the beginning of each session which creates a wonderfully wholistic approach.
