Absolutely great service! Been going there for couple years now but this set it out the ball park! Got new baitcastor which I did not know how to use and kinda screwed up the settings on, so I went there after I had tried using it and back lashing and screwed up settings, they instantly fixed it free of charge and told me how I could come back whenever if needed for help to fix! I would like to commend the management and staff of Jo-Brook. They helped me out of a bind which was amazing. They didn’t owe me anything other than being a past customer. I will always visit their store for all my sporting needs. Thanks
Nice looking store with a decent variety of fishing/outdoor stuff. Unfortunately when I was there on a Saturday the three staff members at the front were more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Gun section was left totally unsupervised (which should never happen) with several other customers waiting at the counter without service. I was wanted to buy a scope. Ended up leaving after 30+ minutes, not exaggerating, of standing there without a single staff interaction. I will get the scope elsewhere.
