Service was excellent. Staff answered all my questions
Nice staff
Derick was very helpful but unfortunately his boss who is in charge of ordering parts doesn’t do his job. Waited 3 weeks for a part that he supposedly ordered. Never got the part and never got a return phone call after phoning 5 times
Great store
This was my first visit, and when I entered, the guy behind the counter said, "Hey." From there, I was on my own. I had to approach the sales guy to ask questions. I drove over an hour for something that was listed as being in stock, but they did not have it, and I had to ask if they could get it in for me. If I were the owner, I'd find better help, ones that actually want to help the customer. To be honest, they weren't too friendly either. I'll drive the extra distance to Winnipeg next time. Thanks
