Derek was more than helpful and got me out the door with everything I needed. First time shooting a compound bow and he said I did pretty good without being sighted in.
The staff is okay to deal with I have no complaints. If you’re looking for hunting gear and don’t bow hunt this store has very little to offer you. I feel being a small Business means you pay more but I feel like your are gouged when you shop here.
Service was excellent. Staff answered all my questions

Derick was very helpful but unfortunately his boss who is in charge of ordering parts doesn’t do his job. Waited 3 weeks for a part that he supposedly ordered. Never got the part and never got a return phone call after phoning 5 times
