I have gone to Jo Ann for the last two years on simple w2 taxes. I have two dependents on them. My fiance and my son. She managed to get me less then 1200 dollars back on my first year and less than 400 on my 2023. I thought it was odd so I went and got a second opinion. Turns out there was quite a bit wrong. Went to collect tax papers for my fiancé to have them double checked she was super angry and was persistent on me not marrying him, told me not to marry him due to her mistakes and was trying to blame him I definitely would not go to her unless you don’t want all of your taxes back and her to tell you not to marry your fiancé
Terrible place lady can’t read, write or count. Reminds me of Hellen keller. Pretty good tap water though.
