RecommendedFully stocked, and the staff was friendly and informative. During this Covid stuff, they're limiting to about 15 shoppers at a time, so tbroighout the three hours they might accomodate forty shoppers at the most. It could be quicker if not a lot of browsing; there were people in there for just over an hour, and they stop letting people enter after 2:45.
The manager changed the agreement, the last 16 people are the last to go into the store by giving the last waiting shopper with a JoAnn bag outside the store. So the last person holding ann identifying bag the employee gave her, with instructing her, she helped by turning people away from the store as she was told. But the manager changed it again turning us 16 people away after waiting another hour. RecommendedWonderful fabric selection
I drove an hour to get something only this store had and had coupons I wanted to use but the lady who helped me just wanted to tell me they were expired and that I was unable to use them without even physically seeing my coupons...they have the worst customer service and I definitely will not be back!
Smaller store than I'm used to and the don't have the sweet rolls yarn � but overall a very clean and well organized store with friendly associates.
