RecommendedI was very impressed today by Paula, the manager of JoAnn Fabrics in Bel Air, MD. When the store opened, and yes there was a line, she came out and greeted everyone and thanked us for our business and explained how many people would be allowed in the store and why. She said that our safety was very important to her and that they were taking extra care in cleaning the store, etc. I thought it was great that she took the time to do this. Kudos to a manager with great people and management skills! A rare find these days!
Covid-19 is separating mediocre stores from great business. Joann is mediocre. Selling materials that they do not have and after two weeks of wait, telling that they cannot honor it. Then you send emails to the costumer service and get no responses. The lack of consideration of this chain is ridiculous. Now let's see when they open if they will take my return. Infuriating!!!
