We went into the Maple Grove, MN location, and as we walked around, all we kept saying is what a dump it was. There were so many empty or messy shelves, the floors were filthy, and the walls were dirty or beat-up. The picture I snapped was while we were waiting in line to check out. The grossness of this store will make me think twice about shopping at a Joann again.
My stuff showed up broken because it wasn’t packed with any bubble wrap or padding of any kind. I called to see if I could replace the items but that is against their policy so they refunded and reordered them. I was just emailed days later that every single item was canceled by Joanns due to no longer being available. What a waste of time and energy. Would recommend literally anywhere else.
I recommend your store When business is normal. Communication is awful with store pickup and such. I ordered Thursday. It’s Saturday now and after numerous attempts I finally got a person. They are Just now working on orders for last weekend. No indication of when an order will be ready. Nothing. I have to back online and cancel my order.
I am saying I still recommend this store because the selection is great, and a good chunk of the employees are very sweet! BUT.. yes but. I get times are busy and hard, but when a customer calls to try and confirm something, please don’t snap on them. I know I’ll get sent an email when I can pick it up. But with the store hours changing, I also like to call and confirm. Very disappointed that I would be snapped at over the phone for just trying to ask a very harmless question.
