I was visiting from out-of-town and was working on a sewing project, when I realized I had asked for a cut of fabric much too large for my project. Drew at the store in Lakewood on W. Colfax was so very kind in assisting me with returning the uncut fabric I had purchased and replacing it with the proper length of fabric needed for my project. Had it not been for her assistance I would have had difficulty returning my purchase in my home state. Thank you so much, Drew!
I LOVE JOANN's!! I find the best Halloween decorations. All of my finds are good quality decorations
The staff, what there is, are friendly and helpful. I am disappointed that they cannot get merchandise out in a timely matter. I have missed sale items because they were not available because they were still in boxes sitting on the sales floor.
