We purchased blinds from JNL Blinds three years ago. At first, the experience was excellent—communication was prompt, the installation was smooth and professional, and the blinds looked fantastic. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. Since the installation, we've had ongoing issues with the blinds. Over the past three years, JNL Blinds has had to come out multiple times for repairs. Jake did the blinds for my apartment when I first settled. Being a new build, the builder said I had to use a specific colour scheme exclusive to their partner company, which would have cost me double. Jake was able to match the colour scheme perfectly and saved me a lot of money. This was 3 years ago and blinds are going strong to this day. Great price and quality you can’t go wrong with JNL

Pretty good during pre-sales, great at communication throughout and also did a great job during installation. Did a fantastic job with plantation shutters, curtains and blinds for my house. I am very happy and would highly recommend to anyone.
