They are frauds! I contacted them concerning the Equifax Data Breach. filled out the claim and submitted it. when I reached out to them for an update, they say that they can’t find a claim. I keep calling back to get multiple representatives who finally say we see your claim. I was told that what may have happened is a rep miss type something and it won’t appear. I had to submit evidence to correct the misinformation they had in my personal BCBS settlement claim. I did so following the website directions, but never heard back. I tried emailing and would get a case number and a promise to get back. They never got back. Either this firm is inept or scamming people by taking legitimate claims and diverting the settlement monies. What other reason is there for never following up?
They have my payment admitted that it was their fault I never received it and now saying I will not be getting it. I just filed with the bbb and next ftc. I have reached out several times with no response and this is unfair and unjust which is what they allegedly stand for. I have proof of the calls where they said just Monday they would resend the original payment email, as well as proof stating it was their fault I never received my first payment. I have been contacting this company since December 2024 for my settlement check The same script is read to '"your check hasn't been processed, we have no further information thank you checks are sent on approved basis please follow up in 4 to 6 weeks thank you for your patience. Also I am contacting attorneys for litigation because I believe they are purposely holding on checks because It's about to be close to 1 year and they are not giving me any information on when I should be getting my check.
