I have called this company 3 times regarding distribution of a settlement check. That told me to wait 4-6: weeks for an update each and every time. It seems to me that there should be the possibility of class action litigation against them. I have read many of the reviews and almost all have addressed malfeasance on the part of JND. In September 2021 , I filed a claim with this firm for MacBook Keyboard Litigation Settlement and they kept my settlement check and now they say state they never received my claim and that it is too late to file my claim
This legal firm is handling a class action suit against Blue Cross Clue Shield of which I am a member. I have reached out to them for help several times about disputing the amount of my payments made to BCBS, but all I get in return are form letters that do not answer any questions. Their customer service number for this case does not give an option to speak to anyone. They are horrible!
These people profit by denying claims from class actions. They are crooks! The law says left over money from class actions must be donated to a nonprofit! Do you want to guess what nonprofits?!? Theirs kids baseball team or other shady non profits that they sit in the board. There should be a class action against them
