Why are you holding on to the BCBS settlement money??? This is getting ridiculous. Send the people their money
The call center represenative refused to provide any infomation that would help me. Refused to forward my calltosomeone with better information. Refused to give me an additional contact information, or a time someone who could help me would be available. It seems if you are purporting to hlep someone you would help them. I'm sure they all love havinig zero responsibility for their calls or actions on said calls. Maybe the CFPB shoudl find aditionl outsourcing.
They have sent a $35$ dollar check regarding a 2017 equifax data breach settlement I’m contacting the attorney general for this state because it’s no way that I should’ve received that amount for a billion dollar lawsuit never mind how many consumers were involved
Horrible waiting over 4 years for a measly payout. They don’t care
