We had Dean help with our taxes for over 10 years. Without knowing Dean devalued our rental property year after year to "help" offset what we would have had to pay in income taxes. Zero conflict resolution skills, would rather defend childish behaviour of staff then understand requests. Refuses to provide filings. Refuses to communicate and follow up after the filing. Misrepresents services and puts blame on clients when challenging things not complete. Terrible
J&N Powell Tax Consulting has been doing my taxes and helping me with my deduction as a Class 1 Truck Driver for years. The owner (s) has many years of experience. They offer book keeping for business and from individuals I've talked to the bookkeepers at J&N are a huge part of their business being successful. The ladies in the front office are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend J&N 10 times out of 10 for anyone looking for any kind of services that they offer.
This is a complete scam. Not accountants. Absolutely do not pay them before seeing the work. I would strongly caution using their services.
