We had Dean help with our taxes for over 10 years. Without knowing Dean devalued our rental property year after year to "help" offset what we would have had to pay in income taxes. Zero conflict resolution skills, would rather defend childish behaviour of staff then understand requests. Refuses to provide filings. Refuses to communicate and follow up after the filing. Misrepresents services and puts blame on clients when challenging things not complete. Terrible

They offer book keeping for business and from individuals I've talked to the bookkeepers at J&N are a huge part of their business being successful.
