Completely unreliable. Setup an appointment at 5 and was made to wait an hour, got tired of waiting and left. Waste of time.

Nammal Faryard is the best and the best in JMU. She is always ready to help... I think she does have management skills. She should be a ma. I have known her for more than ten years. She knows how to handle and take care of the client. I love her the way she always has a big smile on her face .She’s a very hard-working and loving girl. I came to this place on a recommendation of a good friend and all seemed well. We came on April 4th paid the money and was told this was a “routine” tax and its should be quick. After 2 weeks I email the person that helped me MULTIPLE TIMES to get an update because we heard nothing about our taxes being received by state or federal, and not a single response. After A WHOLE MONTH (May 5th) I had to get the personal number of the person that “helped” me and agin after multiple attempts of texts and calls… no response.. some da... read more
