Nammal Faryard is the best and the best in JMU. She is always ready to help... I think she does have management skills. She should be a ma. I have known her for more than ten years. I came to this place on a recommendation of a good friend and all seemed well. We came on April 4th paid the money and was told this was a “routine” tax and its should be quick. After 2 weeks I email the person that helped me MULTIPLE TIMES to get an update because we heard nothing about our taxes being received by state or federal, and not a single response. After A WHOLE MONTH (May 5th) I had to get the personal number of the person that “helped” me and agin after multiple attempts of texts and calls… no response.. some da... read more
