Jen has been great! She is an experienced therapist that knows what your body needs. For many years, I have been to many massage therapists for my chronic neck/shoulder issues and every time she released my tension. Don't let her small physique think she may be too gentle. I like deep tissue massages and she does not disappoint. She is also knowledgeable with eastern vs western techniques and will apply them when necessary. Can't recommend her enough!
Jen is absolutely fabulous at what she does. She is very warm & welcoming, I instantly felt comfortable when I arrived. I feel like my massage released years of tension that I was holding in my back/shoulders/neck. I'm feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed. Thank you Jen!
Jen is a fantastic massage therapist. What I've experienced -- she uses different styles and strokes to relax body and mind and then goes deep to loosen up the stuck places. I have felt a restriction under my left shoulder blade for a few months. Jen seemed to find it and focus on it without my even mentioning it and released it with deep massage. Jen is small but surprisingly strong and can really get it done. Also warm, pleasant and humorous. I'm a psychotherapist and will refer my patients to her.
