Late, rude, no communication. Driver called me and was screaming and yelling at me. Refused to tell me where my car was after being 7 hours late. Horrible customer service!!!
Wreckless driving, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic. Driver took off faster than the Cadillac next to it. Work zone of 45 and he was doing at least 70.
