John and his team made this process the very best it could be - they were always professional, compassionate, polite, funny and thorough! We were most impressed with the owner's communication and response time. He laid out exactly how the sale would go, was completely transparent about commission and we appreciated that they returned to clean the house and make any small repairs to paint that was scuffed in the process. One year ago we trusted this company with my husbands household furnishings. I mean really trusted them, isn’t that what you’re supposed to do right…. Trust. This company ripped us off royally. I think we got a check for $900. This house had everything, outdoor furniture (because he had an unground pool) washer dryer, trailer, you name it. The really bad thing was we were told we would make $14k, and we knew maybe less than that. But $900? Worst thing is the owner was so rude, he blamed it on someone that worked for him??? Fantastic people. John and his crew gave us a fantastic experience. We had already moved overseas and his team was able to handle everything remotely for our old home and we felt completely safe with them. Very honest and transparent through the whole process. We recommend them to everyone in the area.
We could not be more pleased with John and the JMS Estate Sales team. We had an incredible experience from start to finish.
