This company will take your money and run, ordered two garage doors for january delivery, at a cost of £785.00 and now i can't get hold of them. i have today issued a county court claim to reclaim my money AVOID THIS COMPANY
ok POLICE have been informed now AND ARE AWARE, deception is a criminal offence, just dial 101 and start the offence procedure, deception / not supplying goods paid for, the more offences committed the greater the thieves sentence / fine, This company deserves this. may well get prison sentence, Ebay has a list of negative feedback now too
We are not alone then. Ordered our garage doors end of October, delivery date off Monday 5th December 2016 agreed . Booked an unpaid days leave, waited in all day and no doors. No explanation. Finally got hold of JMP who promised it would be friday/Saturday, again no doors and no communication . ordered and paid 01/11/2016 after 4 weeks no delivery tried to make contact finally got contact after opening dispute via pay pal promised delivery information would be given on two 2 separate occasions which did not occur left pay pal dispute live then had money returned to my account ordered and paid for a new door from separate supplier collected after 10days this week, Would recommend the company I eventually used but certainly would avoid this one,
Still waiting for my garage door after 2 months !!!!
