Stalled on my taxes past tax day and cost me thousands with there negligence
They were not transparent at all. Dropped off tax information beginning of March. Called nearly weekly just to be told they’re being processed, as they said they’d call when they finished our taxes. Tax deadline came, called and got told the same. Then a few weeks later, I was told they filed an extension. They finished our taxes the last few days of September. We just got our tax return back March 1st. Took our business to another preparer who started our taxes yesterday and finished today.
