Awful. The carrier provided false information regarding pickup timing. They confirmed multiple times that the driver would arrive at the scheduled appointment, but the truck showed up 3 hours late. After that we asked to have the load delivered straight through(the client was willing to go in and receive it himself afterhours), they did agree to do that only to inform us 2 hours later that they can only deliver next day. No communication between dispatch and driver. DNU

One of their trucks was involved in a crash in Clearview Township. No insurance on truck, driver did not have a valid licence, no circle check Inspection.
