2 years ago I would have highly recommended this company. I have used them for 3 separate transactions in that time . Unfortunately I now feel the opposite. I think they have taken on too much work for their practice to manage properly, because they are now very bad at anything out of the ordinary. I think they mean well but they do not return calls or emails in a timely manner and certainly do not do a lot of their own follow up. I would give JMJ Conveyancing 6 stars if it would let me. Clear, proactive communication ment that I always knew what was going to happen next and what was required. Even when there was a technical issue with claiming my stamp duty exemption, they actively pursued the issue to get the rights outcome. An outstanding team of people that make a complex task, very easy.
