I have emailed, called and had a consultation twice because this office has not contacted me back. They say to call them if they don’t call you, but just reschedule you to do the same thing over again. It’s a shame. I have a simple case the assistant could push through for a quick buck. I'll admit I'm a bit confused by the other reviews for this agency. I'm an experienced real estate trader and have worked with dozens of lawyers over the years. MacLeod & Gernt was the very worst for me, but they're quite close. Communication was very difficult and circular, with them making several major mistakes that my partner and I had to correct for them. Caden Brownyard is a testament to your firm before I've even spoken with anyone but Miss Jones answering the phone first and him. He moved quickly with a goal of helping, the rates were fair, his professionalism high. He had a focus on making sure I was up to speed and talked to like a human who needs his help, not a payday he had to deal with. Don’t go to Nashville! The price is right and the service is exceptional. Complex real estate transfers need a special touch and everything was absolutely perfect.
