If I could give a 10 out of 10 I would she is so helpful and no task is to larger for her. I truly would not trust anyone else or even think of anyone else to handle my taxes. She is very professional and responses very quickly even if it’s outside of her business hours I really love how she treats me like family rather than just business. JMeaux Tax Service just isn’t a tax business it’s a family . Jessica Moore and her team are outstanding men and women . Their more than just Tax Preparers, their leaders and community outreachers . Every year Jessica and her team put to together so many events for our community wether water day in the park or feeding the homeless they get it done . I be dealing with her for the last four years and I haven’t had any problems with my tax returns it’s hands down five stars ⭐️!!!
Business needs to be investigated by the BBB. This is nothing more than smoke and mirrors to “fix” credit. Credit issues come back within months. Would give 0 stars if possible.
