Unfortunately our dealings with JMA legal regarding a deceased estate has been terrible. Firstly we were given the wrong information, matter was not acted on / delegated for 3 months, took 12 months from 9/6/23 to 5/6/24 to finalise when we were told “being such a simple matter will be completed by Christmas”, tried to charge a fee to estate for nearly $800 for an error they made with an affidavit, we had to keep calling or emailing to ask where matters were up to as JMA Legal were never forth coming with keeping us updated.... read more
