Excellent concierge level care! Heather really listened. She ordered some obscure labs that she felt might illuminate an health issue and it did! Because she cared to slow down and listen she helped guide me to properly diagnose and treat an ailment. So thankful for her. She really leans in and cares deeply. I’m better today because she took my concerns to heart. She wasn’t rushed. This is how it should be.
I am extremely pleased with the results of my weight loss journey. After trying numerous programs over the years, this is the only one that has truly been effective for me. I successfully lost 46 pounds over approximately a year and a half, reaching a weight I have not seen in more than 20 years. The staff has consistently demonstrated professionalism and exceptional support, always taking the time to answer my questions and guide me along the way. I am sincerely grateful for their dedication and care.
