A few years ago, right after this shop transitioned to corporate ownership, I towed in a non-running car. The new team diagnosed the issue and charged me $1,000 for a major engine repair. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, staff informed me that a post-repair test drive revealed the car still did not work. I've taken my car here 3 times in the last year (A/C repair, maintenance, brakes). They are very communicative: phone calls to discuss the problem, a link to see the costs and approve repairs, and texts when the car is done. They've always had my car back to me in a timely fashion and have friendly staff. The price is reasonable for the work being done and the customer service.
