Very disappointed. I came to JM SPA at 5 PM and was told to come back at 8 PM. They took my phone number, and I returned as instructed—after traveling 30 minutes to get there—only to be told they couldn’t take me because they were fully booked. I explained that I don’t live nearby, that I had an appointment, and that this is not how you treat clients. They didn’t even apologize—just handed me a business card and told me to call next time. Totally unprofessional.
Great experience highly recommend this place. Clean, inviting and quiet. CeeCee has good strong hands where I needed it on my back, and yet gentle on my legs. Perfect combination. Definitely booking more session. Thank you🙂
Amazing spa we keep coming back
I have never experienced a sixty-minute massage that felt like it was much longer. There is a scope of emotional as well as physical decompression that takes place in a time span that expands as much as your relaxation. I had to look at the clock many times after leaving.
