We've used JM movers twice now. Most recently they moved our entire house. The staff is exceptional (Sergio was our lead on both moves). They protected all our furniture (and household items) to prevent any damages, worked hard the entire time (without a break) and were the most respectful and professional staff we've ever met. We've already recommended them to others!
JM handled a complicated long-distance move for me including a full pack-out and they were professionals every step of the way. Jorge and his team were on schedule with every deadline, packed everything with care, and were very efficient. JM movers communicated well despite slight misunderstanding in the beginning with English not being the native language for both parties. They arrived earlier than the given window time. They are friendly, efficient, hard work, with reasonable price. They carefully moved furnitures with good awareness of surroundings. They are experienced movers and I would recommend!
