We are a roadside repair company in the United States. I took a call for truck #123 for a computer plug-in we discussed the rates with the driver first then the manager/owner (RONY) before accepting the job we completed the job with no issues and sent the invoice. RONY the owner called after receiving the invoice and said that we never explained the charges and refused to pay out call out.
