They sell defective parts then refuse to accept returns as well as seemingly go out of their way to report reviews in-order to hide their scummy business practices. Do not give them any business. What they are doing in regards to how they handle returns and warranties most likely violates the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and definitely violates some consumer protection laws. Consumers can report them to the FTC for Magnuson-Moss violations as well as local authorities for consumer law violations.

I had my Microsoft Surface Pro LCD screen replaced at JM International and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff—and especially the owner—were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The repair was done promptly and the quality of work was excellent. Same location with 2 business names Void it most the stuff is used and never return defected part the owner is very rude no customer service experience at all.
