I came in to see Joan today for the first time and had a lovely experience. She’s warm, professional, and takes the time to explain everything, which immediately put me at ease. The space is clean and welcoming, and I felt well cared for throughout the appointment. It’s too soon to see the full results, but so far I’m very happy with how everything was handled.
Absolutely loved my facial! I did the healing facial and my skin was left glowing. I will be back to try the other services
Just had the most lovely healing facial - that was completely customized by the 3D skin analysis! I had Megumi and it was so nice especially since moving to New York my skin needed it. I really felt like it was difficult to find a place I trusted but JLoo really made me understand what they were doing & why. Can’t wait to go back and try out more treatments.

I started coming to Jloo because I saw an instagram advertisement for PRP! Joanne uses technology and techniques that are more cutting edge than a lot of other practitioners in NYC. When you first come in, the consultation includes both Joanne’s personal observations and that of a skin analysis machine.
