We had such a great experience working with JLM Office Innovators, LLC and Steve Lord. We were trying to order a Triumph high-back chair through a local office furniture company here in Florida, but even after several attempts to reach them (and having bought many pieces from them before), they were not responsive. Steve and team were first-class from beginning till end of our project. They helped me with spacing of my office space, cubicle set-up, and even the design and color patterns. I'm blown away by the end product. Thanks JLM Office Innovators!!

Some say that there’s no 2nd chance to make a good 1st impression… In the case of JLM Office Innovators, LLC I must provide the following caveat – “Buyer Beware”!!! On March 21, 2023 I purchased 5 task chairs for my Colorado Springs facility using the JLM Office Innovators, LLC website.
